To delete your PidVoz account and associated data, send us a request by email. Here's how.
How to submit a request
- Send an email to support@pidvoz.com.
- Use the subject: "Delete Account".
- Include the phone number registered to your account.
Once we receive your request, we'll process it and send a confirmation to your email.
Data Retention Policy
After your account deletion is confirmed, PidVoz permanently removes personal data from your profile: name and other identification fields, phone number and email, profile photo, gender, saved "home/work" locations, social account connections, and driver's license number. Push tokens, biometric login data, saved places, notifications, and saved vehicles are fully deleted. The text of your chat messages is anonymized (content is removed). Future and active unfinished routes and trips are cancelled; deletion is not available during a trip in the "trip started" status until the trip is completed.
Some technical records (for example, about past trips or routes) may be temporarily retained in an anonymized form to fulfill obligations to other users.
